Went in for an airbag recall and the tech cracked my dashboard.
Went to talk to my service advisor and i was accused of lying by my advisor. As soon as i started to show him he instantly got an attitude with me ,and was very unprofessional . I talked to the gm of spreen honda loma linda and he was very nice and good service . Other than the service advisor i have no complaints.

Tardaron demasiado en entregar mi auto y tener que perder un día de trabajo eso no me agrado para nada y antes de llevar mi auto para decir que tenía tu agente con puras mentiras me hizo un cobro cuando el otra persona que me atendió me dijo que como la parte tenía garantía no debería de tener costo alguno porque la parte tenía garantía eso lo veo como un engaño y nada profesional

Marina was great! I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle and she was very courteous and professional.
I was told on Sunday a part would be ordered and in 1 to 3 business days I want receive a call back to have it installed
Thursday when I heard nothing I called the service department. They said I had to call the parts department to see if the part was in. Parts department was surprised I called her told me my part was in and that I would need to call the service department. Service department then wasn’t sure if I could just drop it off or bring it in so after asking someone they decided I need an appointment for the next day
So for a problem I brought it in on Sunday I was finally able to make another appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Not the 1-3 Business days I had expected
