Went in for B1 service, tire pressures not set as stated on receipt. And I’m not convinced that tires were rotated since I know and I’m well aware that my scratched rim is on right rear passenger side, after the service the scratched rim is still on the same side location. Spoke to manager about my concern, and was told to bring back my car which I appreciate but disappointment and waste of time prompts me not to go back for the service.
Very pleased to have a working battery. As a mom i rely on my vehicle for work and it was very difficult to trust my car when i was being left in the rain with my car not starting. Thank you honda and Anthony for the quick fix to my vehicle.

No follow up. The day that was promise didn't happen. And no courtesy car offered.
Nick was very nice and so was the rest of the staff. Nick finally turned my “next time” to “this time” on a service I have kept postponing. Both people who provided the shuttle service for me were friendly, nice drivers and very welcoming.
