Had tires rotated and on my way home my low pressure tire light came on. Did the service tech check my tire pressure on my tires? Did he recalibrate the car tires after rotation?

I was charged 150.00 for labor for a software update. No charge for parts, just $150 labor. This seems excessive as I was told this was a known issue with this Honda model, even though I have an extended warranty. I will not be recommending this dealership.
