Service was good and timely, prices were absurd for a battery. Good price for oil change. I will come back for oil changes

Great service from Danny. I made a mistake by not asking to rotate the tires and he fixed it right away.
He did a great job and he was very attentive and he had a great personality.
He was absolutely amazing. He got my car that was towed from my house with out me being in the shop. Updated me on the progress and performed a miracle by getting done ahead of schedule. He also arranged the shuttle ride to get me from my home to the dealership to pick up my car. He is great and should be commended for his customer service. He is the customer representative I trust most with my car at Spreen Honda .
Parts were delayed in coming (over one week after being promised - and there was no follow up calls - we had to call back) and when they came they were the wrong parts. Our car was kept overnight and then it was not ready until the afternoon, delaying us leaving for vacation. If we would have known there would be those delays we would not have turned it in for service. Also key fob promised - were not delivered and apparently will not be delivered indefinitely.

I have free service at rock Honda but I choose Spreen due to faster services and customer service but to to be told a hour for a simple oil change and wait over a hr was not acceptable will end up returning to rock Honda
Adam **** is a very attentive and helpful Service Advisor. I ALWAYS ask for his assistance whenever necessary! We have been Spreen Service Department customers for 40 ears!!!
