Nobody other than the person assigned to my vehicle could answer any question I had. I left numerous unanswered voicemails and had to contact the sales department multiple times and ask them to relay messages to the service department before finally speaking with someone. my vehicle was finally finished 4 days after the promised completion date. The initial appraisal done by the service department was $700 more than the amount determined by my insurance company. I am beyond dissatisfied and there were zero attempts to make up for my vehicle being finished much after the specified date.

My car was held longer than what I was originally told. Was going to receive my car a day later cause the technician wasn't done yet until I called them out for reporting that the majority of the work was done the day it was dropped off and a hour later my car is ready to pick up, also my car wasn't washed but I don't care about that. Just don't advertise that you do that if itd going to inconsistent. I won't be returning for anymore services in the future

I had and oil change and transmission service. Both were done quickly and at a reasonable price. Michelle was super helpful and is always nice when I go there. Thank you all for always giving great service.
