It was hard to believe non or your technician wanted to work on my 2014 impala, nor were they able to find the problem. Just how many years of experience do they have. I took my car 2014 impala to a auto shop right after I left your company and within 1 hour they found the problem. Your company had my car for one week and 3 days . Total 10 days . How sad is that? Your technician really need to be better trained, and more years of experience. They gave up to easy, not very smart your technicians need to go back to school. I’m very unhappy with your service. I will never trust Guarantee Chevrolet dealership again. And I will never buy parts from your dealership nor will I ever take my car to your dealership very bad experience
He was wonderful very attentive and he knew my vehicle very well he actually pointed out a minor dent that I had on my door that I haven’t seen before so I thank him for that he was very well-versed you have a very good employee working for you guys

I dropped my car Monday morning and left the car the entire day. On Tuesday I called because I hadn't gotten an update. I feel that if I hadn't called they would of not given me an update and the car would have to stay there one more day.
I am very disappointed in Guaranty Chevrolet. I was flat out lied to by our salesman Eddie. When I went in to service today to have my tubular side step installed, get my all-weather mats put in, receive my highway kit and wheel locks, I was told I never purchased the all-weather mats. We discussed all-weather mats numerous times with Eddie when I was purchasing the vehicle, and he continually told us the vehicle came with them as an option. I had them in my last car and it was a necessity in this car, as I have 5 kids... yes, 5. After buying a $70,000 truck from you, don’t you think I would have purchased the mats if I really wanted them? I was told this Tahoe came with them, I was lied to. That is not ok.
