I was satisfied, however the additional work suggested was expensive..That was a cabin filter and air filter. $86 for a cabin filter sounds excessive and $68 for an air filter is also too much. You would probably sell more of those if the price was more attractive. Just my opinion!

Actually a bad experience, very frustrating. I realize I did not have an appt, but it took 3 hours for an oil change. 2 hour maximum is what I was told. Then the entire service staff left for lunch. No appreciation to customer needs.
