Excellent customer service
The quality of service has gone way down. Didn’t feel like my concern was addressed. Have an evap code from my kid not putting on the gas cap correctly, asked to have the code cleared, it wasn’t. Asked to check tire pressure tps light was on, I understand it went in for an electrical issue , but tires weren’t aired up. I brought the car to you guy twice in 3 years, referred several customers to GARAUNTY, and usually try to bring my chevys to you guys when I can’t figure out the problem , but I will be going elsewhere from here on out. James was polite and had a great attitude. And the diagnostic fee was 40$ off but I would have rather paid full price and got some answers.
They gave me good services and I’m so happy
