i arrived to the dealer at 10 am i met my sales person ,i finish with him did the deal about 11 am cash deal . i waited in the show room till 4;30 pm to finish with finance office ,i was and still upset at your finance department ( not persons ) you cant keep people waiting 4 hours to finish paperwork i was about to leave and never comeback to your dealership . salesman was great Eddy and Gio.

I asked when i checked in and also when i picked up my truck if the vehicle was due for any service. The only answer i got was that i need tires. When i got home and read the paperwork, i noticed that there were a couple items listed that are needed. In the past I've been told when i check in if the vehicle is due for any service and i can plan and make an appointment to drop it off for service or at times have had the service done that same day if possible.
