Frustrating experience from beginning to end
Lack of communication. I text and received no reply. Why text me if you are not going to reply? Also, I did not receive the voicemail until a day later than they left it because of a problem a delay with my phone or something. Can you not also send me a message? Anyways I can’t pick up Saturday so I stop in on Sunday and I can’t get my car. No communication on whether they were able to fix the issue with transmission or throttle. So now I have to rearrange my schedule on Monday to pickup. If they had texted or send a email I could have had my car on Friday. Frustrated!
