Had my car towed in last Friday and didn’t receive it until yesterday with all issues repaired except for the AC issue. Seems like the repairs could have been managed better to ensure all issues were completed in a timely manner. I know there was an issue locating parts, but shouldn’t have been a significant time waster given GM’s corporate size. May not return to your dealership due to this matter. Thanks.

Absolutely, Erika kept me in the loop 100%! She is maturing and becoming a front line service advisor. She has become very confident and 100% more in texting current status which is amazing! She is excellent and will only get even better. She is confident in her abilities and it show to me BIG time as only want to deal with her from now. She is a keeper!
