After receiving my vehicle, I found multiple scuffs in the interior (front section) of the vehicle. I did contact Erika (service department) via text and sent her pictures of scuff marks and a video showing how the emergency button doesn’t function well anymore. I’m hoping the dealer will cover the damages, and that they will fix the emergency button as it was working perfectly before it was left at the dealer. Erika was very friendly but not sure if I was supposed to pay for a rental car since my contract states that I rental coverage (Major Guard), she did say she was able to give us her rate and it wasn’t a lot of money but I just wonder if I really had to pay. Contract quotes, “WE will pay the charge to rent a replacement vehicle or pay public transportation up to $40 per day and a maximum of $240 per repair visit if the VEHICLE is accepted for repairs or services covered by either YOUR New Vehicle Limited or Powertrain Warranty or this Contract”. The problem was the infotainment system was acting up and that was covered but the rental wasn’t. I honestly find that very weird.

I took 2019 chevrolet colorado z71 for oil change tire rotation, stereo problems and whole suspension problem/noise. I got it back with scratches and rear bumper pushed in close to the bed, I was told that by greasing my tailgate would resolve my problem with my suspension problem/noise. The grease that they put got all over my rear bumper and I got my tailgate scratch. And many other problems. It's very disappointed that been a loyal customer to Guaranty Chevrolet it keep getting the same treatment which is very bad. Luckily my service guy (Ricardo) it's always on top of my vehicle and all the time resolve my problems.
Nothing was explained to me about my vehicle. This was not the service I was use to when dealing with Chevrolet. Nothing was handled in a professional matter.

It was a nightmare and I'm still going. Took up over a week just to find out the problem, It seems like they barely worked on it and they threw a rental at me I know I'm paying that I frequently called for updates and never got him back.
Erika was professional and did what she said she would do. I will only take my trucks to Guaranty.
It was a AAA 40 Point Inspection.

Came in for an oil service, truck fan does not shut down, a/c doesn't work.
