I took my truck at 18% and its still at that on my dash bord im really mad i payed 630 for that and plus i waited 6 hours for nothing i want a refund

Erika was friendly and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Very knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean, I liked the free wifi to work while I waited and the cherry on top? The crew washed my car! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Love Ericka! She’s personable, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy which is very important to me. Me and my family adore her. We also love Luis who works with commuting customers which is how we first met years ago. One of the kindest most wonderful, hard working, and refreshing humans I’ve ever met. I feel your service department continually strive to take full advantage of the situation. The service provided a service that I did not authorize they said elements did authorize it but it should have been taken care of by Pep Boys who ultimately have the warranty on the battery. They did so because it was a ridiculously high-cost to replace something I personally could have done myself at a fraction of the cost or had Pep Boys do. it which the battery was under warranty. The service department has no concern for the customer.. They basically are scammers. I would never personally go there. I have a company vehicle.
