They forgot to change my oil - which was the whole point of my driving down from Lake Forest to Santa Ana. In spite of this major oversight (probably a mere breakdown in communication), I do appreciate Erika's willingness to help me price out many things including a rear compartment cover. I find Erika to be easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile.
Erika is always very professional and extremely helpful. She knows the answers to all my questions. The service department did a quick turnaround and my car should be great for another six months.
Good service; well taken care of. My only concern is making sure your receptionists know what is allowed for payment, since I was told yesterday you were still accepting checks and yet today I was informed checks were no longer accepted. I didn’t get her name. I called in the late afternoon. Anyway, again the service was very good.
James is great! He was professional & courteous & personable. I’m slightly disappointed that I delivered a Traverse for repair and James didn’t return a Tahoe, but it is what it is ????
You guys are not professional. You misdiagnosed my car. Very unsatisfied. I was told to change the ECM when the problem was only a dirty air filter.WTF!
