They forgot to change my oil - which was the whole point of my driving down from Lake Forest to Santa Ana. In spite of this major oversight (probably a mere breakdown in communication), I do appreciate Erika's willingness to help me price out many things including a rear compartment cover. I find Erika to be easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile.

Good service; well taken care of. My only concern is making sure your receptionists know what is allowed for payment, since I was told yesterday you were still accepting checks and yet today I was informed checks were no longer accepted. I didn’t get her name. I called in the late afternoon. Anyway, again the service was very good.

James is great! He was professional & courteous & personable. I’m slightly disappointed that I delivered a Traverse for repair and James didn’t return a Tahoe, but it is what it is ????

You guys are not professional. You misdiagnosed my car. Very unsatisfied. I was told to change the ECM when the problem was only a dirty air filter.WTF! THE MANAGER SHOULD CALL ME 1714)542-2561
