Outstanding Service Department Staff led by Manager Lee Bramson. We have been taken care of for over 30 years and always been satisfied with Service and the Professional Care of the employees. Please commend Service Advisor Erika Alvarez for her outstanding efforts to minimize my wait time today for a routine service. She kept me informed of the progress and was exceptionally concerned for the promised time in shop while I waited. I am highly thankful for Erika and all that she has done for my vehicle since I have been taking it there for service. In summary, I bought the vehicle in October 2021 from Guaranty. In November 2021, I had brain surgery and the vehicle was parked in a stored condition as I did when I was in the military for many years. I serviced the vehicle at Guaranty after getting medical clearance to drive. Services were in September (oil change) and on October 18th (radiator/fuel injectors). On 10/18 when I returned home right after the service, the fluid spilled out from underneath the car. I had it towed to the dealer where the tech that day stated he had overfilled it. There were two additional fluid spills from underneath the vehicle on 11/19 after about a 40 minute ride and again on 11/22, which is when I took it back to the dealership for service. A tech today told me the he discovered the issue was the air flow hose placed where the coolant overflow hose should have been. The only place the vehicle was serviced since I owned it was at Guaranty and I did not have radiator leaks prior to the radiator fluid service on 10/18. I paid for the service today, however I told Erika I truly feel the first tech us at fault. There is no video evidence just timing and circumstantial evidence of this. I have no intent of returning to Guaranty for services again after this radiator issue as I have no confidence in that first tech whatsoever. He even told me in front of Erika on 10/18 that he believed the fluid spilled after sitting on the bottom of the vehicle. So fluid just sat still for 30 miles on the 91 fwy and decided to pour out when I made it home. Make that make sense. But yet, I paid today. Now I am staying away. Again, Erika and the tech from today were amazing. He explained it very well.
