I enjoyed my interaction with Oscar and have put his business card on my refrigerator for future reference. I normally don’t make an effort to remember the service advisors name. (Although I do remember Lee from previous years)
I also have a very high level of trust and satisfaction with the technicians who work on my vehicles.
I appreciate the honesty and candor of Lee with his involvement to resolve my service concerns. I am awaiting a final reply for full resolution and anticipate my satisfaction with Lee's decisions.

Although Ian was busy his service teammates helped keep me informed. Also I would like to put a personal commendation for Luis Hernandez who picked me up and brought me to the dealership. He was a great driver and made me feel like part of the Chevy family. At first I almost chose a different dealership because of the hardship being dropped off far from my house at 7 months pregnant. I like that I can rest easy knowing your employees will take care of me here.
Ricardo was great! However I went in for a reacurring issue and came out with a new issue. Not sure what the technicians are doing to the vehicle that are causing other areas of the car to malfunction. They never offered a rental car since this is the 3rd time I’ve gone in for service in 1 week.
Satisfied with the work done.
