Ricardo Perez was friendly, professional and thorough. I was able to get approved for the credit card you offer in the waiting area. I was able to get all the crisis car problems taken care of. I got my car back with a wash, fluids topped off and all the work done that was agreed to. I’m very happy with the service I received today.
Andrew was polite. And we appreciate that the dealership did not charge us for our 2nd / return service trip earlier today. But we are not happy with our experience. As soon as we picked up our vehicle after service, a new problem immediately arose. The timing of that new problem is too much of a coincidence. We believe that it resulted from the work the dealership had just completed.
Ricardo and Andrew were very polite and helpful. The work took much longer than I was told. One of the repairs that I had completed was a installing a new battery. I’m frustrated with trying to restore controls to the way they were before disconnecting the battery. I’ve spent a few more hou
Though I did not have an appointment the service was rather quick and he provided additional quotes I requested and others he recommended. I appreciated the follow through by Ricardo, from the explanation of recommended services to him walking me to the cashier as we talked. Ricardo should be commended on his superb customer service, not just with me but others there. It's apparent he is not just a professional but truly cares to provide great service. This is my first visit and likely not my last should this level of service continue.
2nd row rear seat rattles. Problem is better after 2nd visit but still exists. Would like to get problem resolved but have limited time to get repaired.

I am not complaining about Ricardo. I am not happy with the situation. Frankly I don't care to go back to Guaranty anymore. I don't feel I can trust my cars there. I do want to say I have enjoyed working with Luis. He is very good with customer service.
