Went in for and oil change and service transmission . Couldn’t do transmission because tech didn’t come to work. Do you only have one tech to do this. I ever ask when I scheduled appointment if they were to busy to get me in. Also found a broken bolt in exhaust manifold and a broken motor mount. I ask how this happens and how often, one service rep says it’s a problem with chevy’s. I said it shouldn’t be my problem and he answered well that’s life. Not very happy
Also they usually wash my my vehicle, I guess the vehicle washer called in.
Picking up my vehicle the car was here for quite some time. Someone did not roll up my windows correctly on the passenger side. It has rained the car is soaked inside.
