I'm very satisfied with my experience at Gurantee Chevrolet of Santa Ana, Ca. Most importantly the customer service I received from Andrew C. Atherton Jr. He was very professional, kept everything in a timely manner and followed up with me throughout the whole 2 days that my vehicle was in service. Not only was Andrew courteous but also was able to assist me financially, I explained to him I was in a small budget and he went above and beyond to get me the best deals on tires for a lower price and give me a discount on my service. This is the second time I have Andrew as my service advisor and hopefully it won't be my last time. I would definitely recommend friends and family members to have their vehicles serviced at Gurantee Chevrolet and to check in with Andrew C. Atherton Jr.
