I moved to Rancho Santa Margarita and went a couple times to the closest dealer and was disappointed both times going to them. This time I decided to make the trip back to Guaranty and was again pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service I received. Oscar was fantastic keeping me informed on the progress of my service. I will be making the drive to Guaranty Chevrolet from now on.

I am very satisfied with the service Ricardo game me. I like the fact that they answered the phone right away, and was able to make the appointment the next day, first thing available which fit great with my schedule.
