The customer service personnel was great! Perhaps a better scheduling program may help personnel and service workers be more efficient? If it had not been for the great service, the wait would have been discouraging.
Our service writer, Leo, was friendly, helpful, and called when our Equinox was ready for pickup. Additionally, Leo took time to explain settings for our back camera, thanks Leo!
I’m disappointed with the service and how my concern was handled. The dealer could not keep a cohesive answer on the process. Three weeks in, I drove by the dealer to check on my vehicle and was told they were waiting for parts stilll, half and hour later I revived a call that the vehicle was ready, but they need to finish up paper work (and would release wth vehicle and send me a copy later). Visit the dealer, the manager came out and told me we need to discuss something on his office, no people skills and lecture me about his experience on doing this for over 20 years. I asked him why was I in his office, no clue on the answer. I asked him if they at least washed my car, he said that part of the service. Well, the car came out very dusty, clearly no wash. What impressed me the most is the clear lack of culture in this dealer, everyone seems ready to clock out and no sense of pride on their work. I felt that I was bothering them by asking why my car took so long and what was wrong with the vehicle.
I’ve been getting my oil change for 9 yrs an I went in today an now it’s 50$ bucks , I’ve noticed jiffy lube an Midas prices are still same 29.99$ that’s what I paid with Chevrolet. You just lost a customer an I was doing oil changes every 3 months. To bad for me
He was very polite and understanding. He was able to explain exactly what the needs of my vehicle were and help me understand.

I am satisfied with the majority of the work. However, I have now had a squeaky steering wheel looked at twice (Sep 2018 and Mar 2019) and the wheel still squeaks (one day after it was “repaired” again).
