Oscar was very nice and helpful and answered all questions. Although no one likes taking their vehicle to the ‘doctor’, he made it bearable.
My truck was damaged both times I brought it in for service work. The staff obviously do not care at all in workmanship.
Completely disappointed, as I told the service agents about the damage caused on my first visit. Was guaranteed they would look after it..they did not.

I came in with a check engine light on April 4, 2018. Seven service appointments and 5 payed diagnosis later, and they finally came to the conclusion that I need to spend over 3-7 thousand dollars to finally repair my vehicle. Please have your GM call me ASAP
Leonardo was good. He remind me about the fuel system cleaning that was due on my vehicle.
The problem is that I had an appointment at 915am.
I had the confirmation since Sunday.
When I get there my appointment was not set and waited 2 hours for a regular oil changed. I did 't do the Fuel system because it was going to take 2 hours and I ended up waiting the same time without it.I didnt want to select that I was NOT satisfied because I know it affects your customer service score but is not Leonardo's fault.
His service was good but the wait time was just really long for what I came for with an appointment. I got there at 915AM sharp and left at 1121am if you want to check your invoices.
Service was fast and well done.
