Vine por un cambio de aceite y supuesta mente el tornillo se barrió y me qerian cobrar $3100 primero dijo que me iban a lludar que solo iva apagar la renta del carro y después dijo que no mi hijo ablo al GM y nunca costearon así que no me justo el servisio

Lleve mi carro por que prendio El engine light page por El servicio 1200 dolares lo tuvieron una semana para arreglarlo lo maneje una semana y volvio a prender la Luz del.engine lo volvi a llevar y ahora resulta que es otro problema y me Cuesta nada mas El diagnostics 300 dollars

I had a question about my invoice. It looks like I was billed for 4 right rear turn signal bulbs. I wanted to be sure that was correct- that there are 4 right turn signal bulbs and they were all out and replaced.

Yes the service was 10 times better than the service I received at Simpson Chevrolet. Andrew was on top of my concerns and my truck was given back to me in better and cleaner shape than when I took it to them. Thanks you guys.

I was not told how long the repair was going to take when I drop my truck until I went back to the Dealership to pick up my truck four hours later I was told that they had not even started working on my truck. When I asked why the advisor told me that I went on a busy day with an attitude that I didn’t welcome.

Very helpful. Oil change went well Disappointed that the AC condenser has failed in my 2017 Silverado and it’s not covered under the warranty. Service tech explained everything to me. I’ll take my complaint to Chevy. It appears the AC condensers are failing in 2014 to 2017 V8 motors. Quite a few articles online. Thank you.

He left early for the day. He didn’t update me on my car. He did not update any one about what was going on with my car. He did not document anything and so I had to leave my car there for another day and pay for a rental for another day for no reason. They didn’t fix the issue my car had. They couldn’t figure out what was causing the problem but they charged me $100 for “diagnostics”. This place has horrible service. It doesn’t seem like anyone knows what they’re doing.
