I received sub par service. No communication, two service updates after I called that were contradictory and confusion surrounding bring my car up when I picked it up. Substantial room for improvement. My net invoice was zero. The opportunity to win my future business was lost.
Jerry was great!! I had an earlier appointment to service my truck and couldn’t make it on time so I called to ask what was the latest appointment And if there was still something available and young lady that help me to schedule my appointment since the beginning was also very friendly and proficient scheduling and rescheduling me for last minute.. I can’t remember her name and for that I apologize.. gotta ask to make sure she gets credit at least for my good experience.. i’m going back to Jerry he showed that he’s one of your top service advisors!! Did not hesitated once in any of the aspects that he was taking care of related to my truck I am t did not hesitated once in any of the aspects that he was taking care of related to my truck And also about the documentation that I needed!! Tell me this it’s very satisfying because it’s my first visit for service since I bought my truck there everybody’s been awesome to the beginning thank you very much i’ll be looking forward for my next service appointment! Andrew and I have been working together for some years now. He always provides the utmost in customer service and is a joy to work with. Well he has no control over the expenses of some of the repairs, he always does his best to offer a fair price and does a great job on turnaround time.

Erika was so nice and helpful. She made sure the problems with my car got resolved so they wouldn’t happen again. She made sure I had transportation when my car stayed over night and most importantly made sure I was happy with the service.

Andrew is awesome he’s super welcoming and great conversation starter. He has good customer service and if there’s one thing I appreciate in any business is the customer engagement. I like that I am in loop of what is happening to my vehicle and he explains things clearly for me. I’ve been coming to Guaranty Chevrolet for about five years now since I bought my vehicle there and it’s always a great experience.
