Didn’t get notified that I would be leaving my truck overnight .. got notified 1 hr prior to closing time to get a rental and that’s unacceptable if I’m dropping off the truck at 8:30 in the morning . I texted and called to get and update and never heard from anyone back .

I took my truck in on Tuesday at 8am with an appointment. It didn't move until 1:30pm the following day. They didn't get a chance to figure out what was wrong until Thursday. They needed to order a part and it never came in. I stressed to them that I had plans this weekend with it and had to take it on the hottest weekend without a/c on a truck less then 2 weeks old.

Jerry was great, but one of the technicians got grease on our carpet and carpet mat. My husband noticed it when I bought the car home, and he was not very happy. This is a brand new Corvette with only about 540 miles on it. We certainly expected better from those in service. However, again Jerry was great. Thank you. Nina DeMarkey

Ricardo Perez was very helpful. He always kept me updated and resolved the problems with my car. Also the person that shuttled me to and from the dealership was timely, great driver, personable and very friendly. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll be back to this dealership for my future services.

I appreciate the work and service provided but I was highly disappointed with the amount of time it took. I set an appointment weeks in advance and dropped it off promptly only to be told that the correct parts for my vehicle were not available and had to be ordered. Granted I had a rental vehicle for the day it is an inconvenience to be waiting and not know when your vehicle will be finished. The bigger disappointment was that I was not advised of the time delay or what was going on. I had to call myself to verify the status of my vehicle. Although staff members were respectful and courteous, some improvements and better communication could have been made.
