As for Mr Leonardo, he was very honest and cordial, I think his honesty made me pay a little more attention to the service performed in my vehicle. I chose this GM store for maintenance because it is very close to where I live, but today being recieved I was warned about a tire wear that may be occurring due to lack of alignment. This service I did in the previous review by guidance of the store itself. What caused me concern was that the wear occurred after this alignment, where it had not occurred until this procedure was performed. Tires up to the last overhaul were having normal wear and uniformity. I have no complaints about Mr Leonardo, again was very attentive and honest. Likewise and with even more attention I was met by Mr Lee Manager who attended me after returning to the store. I'll be back later this week to redo the alignment so I can be safer about the condition of my vehicle. I still remain confident in the service of Guaranty I believe is nothing serious.

The estimate for the service hasn’t been clearly presented (not communicated verbally, no dollar sign on the form). I really wonder if a lot of these serviced were actually not necessary.

This was my first time bringing in my truck for service and I was impressed with Ricardo’s professionalism! He told me by when he’d have my truck ready and also called me to let me know when my truck was ready. I appreciate him reaching out to me the next day to have the shuttle pick me up as I didn’t have any transportation.
I worked at an Audi dealership and I can tell you, this experience was better than what most customers experienced at the high end dealership. Communication is key and Ricardo had it all. Except for one thing, he promised he’d do a multi point inspection on my truck but failed to check one thing, the brakes.
Nonetheless, I will continue to do bring my truck to you guys for repetitive business.
