Erika did an amazing job. She help me and had a nice attitude. The wait time to get my vehicle was horrible. Waited 41 minutes to be exact to get my vehicle. Went inside two times to check on my vehicle.
I was extremely upset that I had just had my truck serviced only to get it back in worse shape. Jerry was understanding and accommodating. He really made me feel like he listened and cared.
