All the Reps at Chevrolet were very attentive. Jerry was kind enough to have the shuttle drive me to and from work so that i could pick up my car once it was ready. The Shuttle Driver Luis was also very kind and a great conversation starter ????.

I came in on 12/3/19 for a diagnostic test on my vehicle expecting my vehicle to be check and ready the same day but took 2 days to have my vehicle fully checked, i was then quoted $800 too fully check my vehicle. Was not happy with the pricing so I took it too a local mechanic in which he solved my problem within 10 minutes was really mad because I felt like my vehicle wasn’t even checked by your technicians and payed $175 for nothing. Wish I could have got a better service experience and will no long take my vehicle to the dealership because now I know I will be scammed for my money.
