My vehicle sat for 5 hours and was never worked on, I brought it in for a simple oil change, I will not be coming back. I left after I was told the work would be done immediately yet after watching it for 10 minutes nothing was being done. I left with no work being done. Later I received a text message that my vehicle was ready, this made no sense at all.

Took it in to have the third recall done on a truck I bought four months ago when I got it back something was wrong with the lane detection settings told the service people they could not help me because they didn’t have the time it was at the end of the day now I have to wait a week to come back and see what they did to my truck it was working when I took it in and it isn’t working now
