Leonardo was vey helpful, the car was bought for my daughter, and literally is driven maybe 10 miles a day. It took almost a year to get the oil down to 20%. I am not joking. He listened and serviced what was required. My family has bought GM products for over 30 years. Keep up your great customer service

I had a good experience. Erika was very friendly and helpful in getting my car serviced. The shuttle driver Luis was also very helpful and was great company and provided great service with the shuttle. My car got all of the services it needed in a timely manner and I am currently very satisfied with the staff at Guaranty! I will be back for future services.

I am very unhappy with how much the cost was. After reviewing the itemized bill, I think the prices were outrageous and I will not be returning to the dealership for service. I spoke with a certified technician from another local Chevy dealership and as far as he knows he has never seen a brake bleed on a car that is only 8 years old and only with 35000 miles.
