Ricardo went above and beyond to get me taken care of as soon as possible. I went in with a 7 month old baby and he remembered I had her when my car was done and asked if I wanted the car washed or if I wanted to leave since he knew I had a baby with me. I really appreciate it his caring. You need more people like that in the service industry. Please thank and congratulate him.
I have to say! Jerry was amazing from the moment I called him about my car having issues. I have taken my car to 4 other dealers up in Northern California for the same problem. Spending hundreds of dollars, which I still own family! Jerry called me every step of the way explaining everything when I didn't understand. He allowed me the time to call my fiance to discuss what we would do further. When my car was ready I made sure I was there before he went home to shake his hand and THANK HIM PERSONALLY! You never know when a kind heart is needed in life. I know he didn't know this, but when we dropped off my car I was crying my eyes out. We just found out my fiance has stage 3 prostate cancer. Even his voice was gentle! I would say he is a keeper. Your cashier, sorry I didn't catch her name. Was very nice as well. Thank your team for solving a 4 almost 5 year problem.. Let me not forget your technician for his knowledge of theses ECS motors. Most places find out my car is an HHR and won't touch them. So again I can't thank you all enough.. Your dealer and service department were awesome. I was text’ed from Chevrolet service of a simple recall fix. I set up an appointment timeframe but was not able to make due to family commitments. Once that was completed near noon, I called service and they were able to still take me in. The work was completed in a good time, to include a cleaning. Thanks for the excellent service from your team members

Last time my vehicle was in for service it broke down after only 80 miles. The transmission was not repaired properly. Hopefully this time the technician did the job correctly.
