i stopped by to see if I could get an oil change.
I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. It was suggested that I make an appointment which I did. When I returned 2 days later, I was told there would be a 2-3 hour wait.
The service was great and they were very helpful getting me a ride home and back, but I could have just waited the 2 hours the first time around if I knew I would have to wait even longer in spite of an appointment. I’ll definitely consider that next time.

Rick was wonderful. He helped me very considerately while the shop was crazy busy. He gave me accurate pricing. When a problem was found, we helped me get it fixed under warranty and made getting a rental easy. He even made sure my transportation was taken care of when while waited with personalized shuttle service. I'll be back and Rick's service is the primary reason.
