I was not told that the office closed early. The sign on the shop said 6:00 closing time. I left work early, paid for an uber and the shop was closed when u got there at 4:30. I received no apology, nothing from erika. She never called to say the office hours had changed. I will not be servicing my car their again unless I am credited the $40 worth of uber charges. She has no clue about customer service. Never have I been treated like that.

First of all I went in on Friday April 17 & I was already upset having to take off from work to go in for a check engine light. Mind you I’ve only had the car for about 7 months & I've been in a few times to fix different things. And all the associate could say you bought a used car. I get it! I’ve bought a brand new car before and in the first year put about 50,000 miles on it and never once went in besides oil changes. So for me that’s a cheesy answer! & 2nd of all I personally don’t think I should be paying for rentals for my car to be fix if it ain’t my issue. & especially if people are going to be ignoring my calls and giving updates 1 a day.
