Excellent customer service by Erika. I phoned in letting your service department I had two company vehicles heading to your service department, one was towed in and the other one I personally dropped off and as soon as I arrived she greeted me and remembered my name, she had already done her due diligence by checking our company’s account through element and I was in and out in matter of minutes. Erika has been keeping me updated and informed and your great customer service has earned our trust, therefore, moving forward we will begin taking our fleet for service to Guaranty Chevrolet dealership. Very good customer service
I had an appointment for this morning @ 845am. I arrived at 8:40. I did not see a Service person Until 915am. (What’s the point of making an appointment) It took 3 hours for a routine oil and tire rotation. I find that beyond unacceptable. Specifically asked inside of the car to be cleaned after the service tech drives it in and out of the bay as part of the car wash. My wife is currently on chemoTherapy, she specifically let the admin assistant know this after making the appointment And was told by admin “I have made a note to let Erica know this” The inside was NOT cleaned.
The “courtesy wash” (which erica made a big deal out of and I find insulting after waiting 3 Hours) was on the outside but not The inside Was not wiped down.
The whole experience was so disorganized And frustrating I have to ask myself is it worth driving to your dealership again?!
