Thanks to the tech for replacing the stripped oil drain plug free of charge. It got stripped before I purchased my Volt at Guaranty. Brought it in for the first oil change and everything went smoothly with no upcharges. Will come back and spend drop my money instead of changing it myself next time bc of your great service!

Erika was amazing at answering all of our questions. She was patient with us while we made decision of fixing the recommended issue on our truck.
I brought the vehicle in because it would not charge. My Service rep was great. Very Happy that issue was covered under warranty but it would have been nice for the dealership to have put a few mile of charging on it so that I could see that the system was working again when I picked it up. It's not a big issue but I just found it odd that it wasn't done.
Took a little longer than expected but it was outside of their control. they were very friendly and kept me updated. Very happy with my experience.
