Very dissatisfied as my car is now worse off than when I brought it in today. Your tech refused to discuss my issues of the AC vents not working. He did a very poor job and did not value engineer his own work. I would like the service manager to contact me immediately. I have made an appointment for Friday at 8:00 am.

We live across the street from Selman Chevrolet and purchased our Cadillac from Tustin Cadillac but after the great personal service we received from Leo today - guaranty Chevrolet will now be our primary service center.
Erika was always on top of the status for the repair - always followed up on any question or concern -
We have a follow up appointment because the brakes still have some squeaking after getting the pads replaced and rotors resurfaced, but Erika was awesome to work with and has earned our business going forward. Thank you.
