I have a extended warranty for service on my truck. I was not notified that the service i was having done was not covered. I asked for a shuttle in my appointment notes and when i arrived and was never given one. I wait almost 3 hours longer than my estimated time i was quoted. Noone gave me any updates on my vehicle i had to walk up and ask for one to find out my vehicle was almost done. I will not be coming back for service or anything.

I was charged 180 dollars for diagnostic wich is find, but the issue with my car is the thermostat which I purchased from you at a priced of 100 dollars my total bill was going to be 700?? If I did the labor at your location it makes no sense to me that labor price is 600 dollars to replace thermostat? Plus my was was not going to be ready after 4 days and I would have had to get a rental?. I don't know it just looks a little bit too over priced for your services. You might be loosing a loyal costumer. Thanks for the prior year were amazing.

First of all this is my second or third time having Erica as my service person and she is absolutely wonderful. She has the best customer service, and communication skills, and personality. I dropped my vehicle off mid morning on Thursday and didn’t get any information on my car until Monday. Not due to a lack of communication on Erica’s part but just that it took that long for them to diagnose.
