Ricky was absolutely amazing! He kept me 100% updated with the progress of my car. He put me into incredible Rentals to make sure I was comfortable and completely taken care of. Any organization we’re going to have all the employees paid 100% like Ricky. He is the reason I will now bring all my service needs of my 2016 Camaro to your dealership. We got a rental, Chevrolet Trask 2020 but we could not figure out gas gauge because it was new to us and Ricardo is always nice to us except when he realized we used a gallon of gas he said rudely trying to order my Grandmother to go get gas and come back soshe told him to charge her for but otherwise all rest was good except this is Grandson of customer.
