I was overall very happy with my experience at Guaranty Chevrolet. Andrew was very kind and accommodating. Aside from that my car seems to be running great from the work that was done. The only thing I would comment on is pricing- a tad bit high for market.

I brought my Truck in for a 50K service and a battery on Tuesday morning at 8:45am 12/15. Much to my surprise, my truck was not ready for pickup until Wednesday12/16 at 2:03pm. Although I live 5 minutes on foot to Selman Chevrolet, I’ve been a loyal customer to Guaranty Chevrolet since 1999 for vehicle purchases and service.

Leo falsely promised me my truck would be done in two hours. I came back after 3.5 hours and he told me it will not be ready until 3 more hours. Just for an oil change that takes 30 minutes. Thanks
