The service was a expected but customer service could have been better
Very attentive customer service.
Service Rep was great. He quickly handled my service issue and exceeded expectations.
The service was very good and kept me informed. However after 1 1/2 after picking up my vehicle, my tire pressure light came on. Not sure if everything was checked when my tire rotation was done.

Danyelle was excellent in ordering the part to repair the window trim and in getting me in the next day for the repair! She offered me a shuttle ride back home rather than spend the hours in the waiting room for the repair to be done. She checked on me during the time of my wait. Wonderful customer service.
After I came I was greeted by the station express people. Pretty soon I tried to understand what I need, he filled out a ticket and proceeded with the inspectiohs of my Honda. Thank you to have helped me, You people were very courteus and customer oriented.
I had requested a state inspection be done. This was not done and could not be done when O picked up. They offered to keep overnight and do it, but I had driven over a hour from the Woodlands.

The only complaint is that my car was not washed. This is the second time that I bring my car to service and it doesn’t get washed. The advisor was great, service was prompt and staff was friendly.
