You have been texting me for over 4 days. I do not have my Honda there.
I would never trust Honda Cars of Katy to do any of my service on either my
Pilot or my CRV.

I payed $130 for Honda to specifically tell my what was wrong with the car and I received a summary of what I already knew...no specifics. I was told that the check would take 2 to 2.5 hours. It took 4 hours. Worse service ever.
I had an amazing technician Orlando which made my experience the best since I’ve been with Honda Cars of Katy for almost 10years now. He was very helpful. and explained the process and the work that needed to be done. He arranged a loaner vehicle and helped us out with the expenses ( the biggest expense since we bought the pilot. Five star rating!

It took a week for my repair to be fixed, but I was accomadted well. I understand mistakes happen, but honda did a good job setting me up with a nice loaner.
