You should advertise at least on your website that you have an Express line. The website didn't say anything other than appointments so I had to call and waste someone time.

Joshua was outstanding. We had a big problem with Hendrix Honda in Bradenton, Florida and he helped explain what was going on. He explained the policy sold to us and what his dealer could do. We did get our service there but we were very disappointed with the policy we bought for maintenance of my Accord. The is our 3rd Honda and am not sure if we will get another. It was a slimy deal we bought in Florida and I cannot believe Honda sanctioned it.
Only issue was the amount of time it took. I was there almost 4 hours and waiting area was extremely cold, to the punt of being miserable. The agent was extremely helpful and very nice.
At drop-off I discussed and even handed over the paper list of requested items to be covered. Four and a half hours later at pick up I went over the list to confirm everything was completed and was told they actually weren't covered completely and I needed to wait in the waiting area. After a little while David approached and said it was ready to go and when I asked about the specific items they still weren't addressed, namely an issue with programming door unlock function and map update. I finally walked him out to my car and showed him everything I had explained in the note, as well as in person both at drop off and pick up, and he indicated I needed to come back another day for another 3-4 hours in order to address the items not completed. He's very nice and amiable but I don't know how much more clear I could have been with what I wanted addressed. Not thrilled to have to arrange yet another day with the car at the dealership.
