One thing vehicle wasn’t washed when they said they would wash it , otherwise everything was good

Please manage expectations. The call center told me half an hour repair. I got there at 7:00am but technicians arrive there at 8:00. Yes, it took them half an hour, but I waited 1.5 hours! Just tell the complete sorry, please

My only one negative feedback is the loaner car I was given stunk horribly. Please, check your porters work once they have competed cleaning the vehicles. The vehicle I was given smelled like week old fish.

Freddie was extremely helpful with getting the car fixed. He went above and beyond to get us a loaner vehicle so late in the day.
I called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment early the next morning for service on my car that had suddenly started making a loud squealing noise. When I mentioned that I needed to get a rental car because I had doctor appointments scheduled for the next two days the girl who answered my call quickly offered me a loaner car. I was so happy to have a loaner car to make my appointments. Joshua Minor helped me when I dropped my car off for service and was very pleasant, helpful and efficient through the entire process!
