Phillip was able to answer all my questions and address my concerns today. He was very knowledgeable and through as well as pleasant and friendly. He showed exceptional customer service, which is always appreciated. Lastly, he did go over all paperwork and explained what was done and what should be done on my next service. I would like to thank Phillip again for making my Acura service experience great as always!!! Platinum Service!!!

Everything service wise was great but I was disappointed that the shuttle didn’t pick me up. I called at 3pm and I was only 10 min away. I called to get a status at 3:50 and wasn’t given a clear answer but was told that someone would be leaving soon to get me. I ended up finding a ride back. It was my first time requesting a pick up and will be my last.

Honestly I was very apprehensive about having my car serviced at Spreen. I have almost always taken my car to Weir Canyon because i always felt heard and was treated honestly, which I can’t say always happened in Riverside. Out of necessity, I need to have my car serviced in Riverside. Matt was professional and was concerned about what is best for me. I was not upsold (which has happen here before). My car was completed quickly. Matt gave me advanced notice of what I will most likely need at my next service. He has given me confidence in bringing my car here. I work just a few blocks away at Ramona High School, so Matt potentially has made taking care of my car easier.

Bobby service is great but seems like the issue on the transmission still it was just decreased the abnormalities on the RPM’s with the oil change
as usual, great service. they even discovered an issue with the rear e-brake that they fixed under warrantee
