The issue with my car wasnt resolved. The technicians were unable to replicate the issue, but Phil was great during the entire process. He was communicative and helpful. I could tell he, along with the technicians, wanted to solve the problem. I plan on bringing the car back, should the problem persist. Thank you for putting customer service ahead of anything else.
