Good job of communicating and taking care of issue of chipped bumper. I appreciated the loaner car. I would talk with the detail crew who ready a sold car on Sundays. I just also noticed a small chip where they removed the sticker on the liftgate and left the glue residue. When I went to buff off the residue it looked like someone used something sharp to peel off the sticker and created a small chip in the clear coat
