To begin, my dissatisfaction is not with Bobby. He is one of the reasons I service my car there. He is great and trusted. I have seen him with other customers and provides the same respect and kindness.
My dissatisfaction is about my car not being serviced to the standard I and more importantly Acura would expect. My wheel alignment was significantly off and knowing that my wife drives this car and shuttles the kids on a daily basis does not instill trust and safety that I would expect from servicing my car at this dealership. I had to go back twice to the dealership. Where did the standard work devote? Was a test drive conducted after the first alignment? Etc.
Happy to discuss further ****-****-xxxx but truly this may be my last service appt at this dealership. I usually am an even killed and calm fellow but this incident did not make me happy. Wanted to share my feedback and honesty. Thanks for allowing me to provide my feedback.

I MADE IT VERY CLEAR TO ROBERT HOWARD (Service Consultant) TO "NOT" ROTATE THE TIRES ON MY VEHICLE!
MY REQUEST WAS NOT RESPECTED! AND, OF COURSE, THE TIRES WERE ROTATED! THIS IS COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING!
I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO RETURN TO YOUR DEALER TO CORRECT YOUR MESS-UP. NOW, I HAVE TO PAY A THIRD PARTY TO ROTATE THE TIRES BACK TO HOW I HAD THEM. WHY????
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
BY THE WAY, THIS OCCURRED AFTER THE OTHER MALE CONSULTANT, THAT WAS THERE, REFUSED TO HELP ME & I HAD TO SWITCH OVER TO ROBERT!
IF THE MECHANICS ARE BEHIND, THEN MAYBE THERE SHOULDN'T BE ADDITIONAL SERVICE ACTIONS PERFORMED BY THEM UNNECESSARILY!
He was wonderful, very courteous, polite, and helpful!!!
Bobby is the reason I come to Spreen Acura. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I trust him with every decision related to my car. As long as he is there I will keep bringing my Acura RLX to Spreen. When he leaves I'll probably start going to my mechanic that does my other cars.
