Appreciated the prompt attention as soon as I parked in the service line. The waiting area was extremely clean, stocked with snacks, water and coffee. The tall computer counter thoughtfully designed with pop up power outlets, and the guest wifi was spot on. As an essential worker there are other people relying on quick replies. Knowing I can go in for car service and not impact those who depend on me is really important. Look forward to the next service at Spreen Acura in Riverside.

Not happy with the service received. I has valve adjustment done on my acura ilx 2014 as part of A14 service except for spark plug that i will do later. Alao i did prepay my oil change and tire rotation before so i told my service advisor Matt and reminded him when he called me on monday that my car is ready for pick up. I asked him if he did the oil change and said yes. Trusting what he said , went hone and on next day, i thought about it and looked at the paper and nothing on the report that they did it. I called Spreen acura and another service advisor told me they didn’t do it. Now, i have to drive back again another 20-25 miles and also waited for an hour and half for the service. No apology received from Spreen Honda or acknowledgement for mistake/misdeed. There’s also discrepancy on my car report regarding my brakes which only a day or 2 pass and didn’t drove that much but the report was my rear brake pads was 2mm now but 2 days before it was 4mm. Hope there will be investigation or report regarding this incident. Quality of work seems compromised.
