Always amazing service...but....they offered a rinse off on my car and it looked dirtier then when I brought it in. Didn’t wipe it off at all and there were spots everywhere. I’m ok with no wash, but if you are going to do it, at least wipe the water off.

My A/C unit stops working off and on. This is the second time I take it in for repair. The technician said the issue could not be duplicated and so no reports were made.. I drove an hour to drop my car off knowing the issue exits and still exists.
