Everything was great especially the gentleman that helped me, one suggestion Inkmow its busy and maybe short staffed, but please keep waiting area fully stocked with drinks cups and snacks etc

The air pressure was not set correctly in my tires. When I called back to speak with service representative the employee, Natalie, did not know what the pressure should be and was very evasive when I asked her questions. I had to google on the internet myself to determine the pressure was set according to a 2019 model and not a 2014 model. I took the car back and they quickly took it back to have the pressure corrected and it is still wrong. My front driver pressure is 37 the front passenger is 35. The back tires are 33. Not satisfied at all.
I came in there with a story of noise in the back while driving and really could't describe what the sound it made. But they found out and I am thrilled they fixed it and is as quest as it used to be. Thank you.
